Doing it in the Correct Way (Dumbbell Biceps Curl)



After watching this video, and done some research

i realized i been doing the wrong way along this 3 week

i should exhale when putting effort into lifting up the dumbbell

and inhale when putting the dumbbell back to the starting point

it's very important to ensure our muscle and internal part won't get hurt due

to wrong breathing method
