Doing it in the Correct Way (Dumbbell Biceps Curl)

After watching this video, and done some research

i realized i been doing the wrong way along this 3 week

i should exhale when putting effort into lifting up the dumbbell

and inhale when putting the dumbbell back to the starting point

it's very important to ensure our muscle and internal part won't get hurt due

to wrong breathing method

每天FOCUS在无关痛痒的小事上

真的浪费了我许多时间

今晚先好好休息一下

让后明天傍晚开始努力

Sometimes i wonder why

i wonder why that although i don't know someone was smiling over what things

Nowadays when i buy things that i needed, i will justify them by the quality of the item itself, not the appearances anymore.

Some might wonder why we can spent sixty bucks to buy a pair of badminton court shoes meanwhile some of us intend to buy three hundred bucks plus badminton court shoes, somes might think that we're trying to show off and that is not necessary. I will forgive for their ignorance as i perceived the quality and the function of the shoes more than the price. As a good pair of shoes not only can protect our foots and legs from injuiry and as well make our movement in the court more flexible. I buy better because i cherish my pair of foots and legs more than other that they didn't notice.

This is the precious shoes i ordered from ebay website from United Kingdom. I was expected to receive it within next weeks. Hopefully it will arrived earlier.
